As the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school, you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parent and family engagement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high academic achievement standards expected of all children, regardless of their socioeconomic status and background.

Once at the survey, choose either the English or Spanish version of the survey to complete. Families should complete only one survey for each of their children enrolled in public school.
Next, enter the seven-digit ID of our school. The ID for our school is 1301015.
Before opening the survey, the name of the school will appear, and you will be asked to confirm that you are completing the survey for the correct school.
