Welcome!

Jefferson Elementary serves students in grades Child Development (age four) through fifth grade. Primary and Elementary level students are self-contained and heterogeneous-grouped. Smaller class size within the primary levels ensures higher student / teacher contact.

In grades four and five, a departmentalized schedule is used with heterogeneous grouping in all areas other than reading. A balanced literacy approach to language arts is emphasized in all grades.
